Suri Cruise Spends Thanksgiving in London With Tom

Suri Cruise traveled to London for Thanksgiving, sources have confirmed, in order to spend the holiday with her father. It's the first time the two have been together in at least four months.

Tom Cruise, Suri's father, was busy filming "All You Need is Kill" in the United Kingdom and sent a family member to fly across the ocean and pick up Suri. She was then delivered to Cruise in time for Thanksgiving, though it's unknown how long she will be staying with her father before returning to mom Katie.

When Katie and Tom separated earlier this year, Katie was given sole custody of the child and has tried to maintain a sense of normalcy for the 6-year-old. She has been enrolled in a private school and lives in an apartment in New York while Katie has debuted on Broadway in a new play.

Throughout the divorce, Cruise has remained at a distance from Holmes and, seemingly, his daughter. Yet Cruise's attorney told E! News that he "calls Suri every day, sometimes twice a day. He loves Suri and is a constant presence in her life. As in the past, when he's shooting in a foreign country, he has to rely on daily phone calls."

Now the two have been able to spend some one-on-one time in Cruise's territory. He famously flew to New York for a whirlwind visit with Suri, taking her on a shopping spree and a helicopter ride around the city before returning to the United Kingdom.

Holmes flew home to Ohio to spend Thanksgiving with her own family thanks to a break in her Broadway schedule.

"We have Thursday off, so I'm going to have a chance to go home with my family. My sister makes a really good sausage stuffing and my mom makes a great turkey," she was quoted by Mail Online.
