Detroit have surprisingly made this series a highly-competitive one, winning once away from home and the other as hosts, while the Lightning have always found a way to bounce back despite falling behind twice in the series.

With a chance to have their first taste of the lead in the series, Tampa Bay will play at home and will look to impress their home crowd.

Ahead of Game 4, Detroit led the series 2-1 with the chance of going up 3-1 with a win at home.

They looked poised to do just that as they scored twice in 10 minutes during the second period of their match with goals from Gustav Nyquist and Joakim Andersson.

Tampa Bay faced the big deficit heading into the final 10 minutes of the game but finally broke their silence in the 55th minute thanks to Tyler Johnson's snap shot.

Seemingly stifling the Red Wings defense, Tampa Bay took advantage and scored again in only a little over a minute with Ondrej Palat deflecting a shot past Petr Mrazek to even the score.

And as the game went to overtime, the Lightning kept their foot on the gas as they went for the win behind Johnson's aggression – eventually scoring within the first three minutes of the extended period to level the series at 2-2.

Both teams know what is at stake in the series and with the second round looming, both teams should come out aggressively.
