Taylor Swift's game is scheduled to release worldwide in "late 2016." Glu Mobile will announce more details about the game's development and how the star is involved in its creation at a later date.

Prior to Taylor, the developer also partnered with singer Britney Spears for the mobile game "American Dream," which launched this month. The game allow players to "interact with Britney and experience the glitz and glamour of the entertainment business." The gameplay involves having Britney as the players' mentor who will guide them as they record hit songs, upgrade their wardrobe, and perform at top venues.

In addition to Taylor and Britney, Glu Mobile also created "Kim Kardashian: Hollywood" and "Katy Perry Pop."

Meanwhile, actress Lindsay Lohan and singer/actress Demi Lovato are two other stars with their very own games. Lindsay's "The Price of Fame" launched in 2014, while Demi's "Path to Fame" released last year.
