'Teen Mom 2' Star Chelsea Houska to Take Adam Lind Back to Court After His Arrest

"Teen Mom 2" star Chelsea Houska is working hard to keep daughter Aubrey safe, even if that means keeping her away from her father. Adam Lind was arrested for driving with a revoked driver's license earlier this month, and was involved in a sever car crash that almost cost him his life. Now Houska wants there to be a stronger custody agreement.

"Chelsea hasn't talked to Adam since he got released from jail. Chelsea and Adam are going to have to go back to the lawyers and stuff to figure out a new agreement," a friend of the couple told Radar Online. "Chelsea hasn't talked to her attorney yet but she is going to set up a meeting within the next week or so."

According to the source, it came as no surprise that Lind was arrested again, especially for driving with a revoked license. The source noted that "it was just a matter of when he would get caught. It seems like he will never learn."

Lind is the father of two young children, one with Houska and one with another girlfriend who he is now separated from after being accused of cheating. Lind was involved in a car wreck that nearly cost him his life when his vehicle exploded in flames – a bystander happened to pull him from the wreckage. He never admitted any fault in the accident.

"You'd think facing a significant amount of jail time, during which you probably won't be seeing your kids, would be enough to make you follow the law. Adam hasn't seen Aubree since he got out of jail. It was his visitation weekend when he got arrested and he obviously didn't see her. Adam hasn't asked to see her since he got out, so it's been about a month since he's seen her or anything," the source added.

Per the custody arrangement, Houska is to drop Aubree off with Lind's parents and she is not to be in a car with him at all, but the source revealed that sometimes he does take the 4-year-old on trips or rides with him.

"Visitation is supposed to be under the supervision of Adam's parents, but I don't think they take it seriously either and let him take her when he pleases," the source noted.

That could possibly change if Houska decides to take action; she was not happy about having to give up time with her daughter in the first place, let alone drop her off with her grandparents and not her father.
