  Bravo TV show "Real Housewives of New Jersey"

The "Real Housewives of New Jersey" cast members reportedly began filming season five recently and as expected the feud between siblings Teresa Giudice and Joe Gorga has continued.

Giudice, who has been embroiled in an ongoing feud with Gorga and his wife Melissa for three seasons, was recently helping her friend and renowned trouble maker Kim DePaola promote her jewelry line when the drama ensued. DePaola's assistant Maria Sancilio reportedly tried to bring Giudice and her brother together, according to a report from RadarOnline.com.

"That's your only sister, make peace," Maria allegedly told Gorga.

"Shut up and get the f--- out of here," an irate Gorga responded.

The father of three was recently admitted into hospital with a bad case of the flu and he allegedly proceeded to confront Giudice, 40, for failing to visit him.

"Why didn't you call me? I was in the hospital?" Gorga yelled to which Giudice shot back "Why didn't your wife tell me?"

Gorga, who is often caught in the middle of Melissa and Giudice's fights, then reportedly blasted his sister for "always bringing my wife up!"

 The bitter dispute follows a recent confrontation that occurred between Melissa, 35, and Giudice, 40, and her daughter Gia's 12th birthday. An eyewitness claims Giudice and DePaola attacked Melissa during the event.

"Melissa got [verbally] attacked by Teresa and her friends," a source told In Touch magazine about the Jan. 11 party. "Teresa's pal Kim D. was drunk and was the instigator, stirring the pot - as always - over petty stuff."

Both women were believed to have been getting along prior to the birthday as Giudice publicly congratulated her sister-in-law for landing a book deal. Melissa's book entitled "Love, Italian Style: The Secrets of My Hot and Happy Marriage," offers "practical strategies on how to strengthen their marriage, amp up the passion, and the secrets that make my marriage as sexy and hot as it is warm and loving," according to Us magazine.

"Congrats to my sis-in-law @melissagorga on her book deal! So happy for you! Kisses," Giudice tweeted Dec. 19.
