Teresa Giudice Posts Photos of Husband Joe Giudice to Celebrate His Birthday Despite Being Jailed

Although Joe Giudice is spending time in prison, his special day was still well celebrated by his wife in kids.

According to People, his wife Teresa still celebrated his birthday with their kids. She recently posted Instagram photos of her and her husband with the caption "Happy birthday to my love Joe. The sweetest birthday with my beautiful girls."

However, no statement was made on whether the family got to visit Joe in the prison. It was reported in the past the Joe was allowed to talk on the phone for only 300 minutes a month. Giudice recently turned 44 years old while in prison. He and his wife were sentenced separate prison time in order to attend to their family. Teresa Giudice finished her time a few months ago, leading to Joe's time to serve 41 months at a low security federal correction institution.

The family lawyer, James Leonard Jr had released a statement previously regarding his sentence. He said as per Inquistr, "Joe Giudice surrendered himself to the Federal Correctional Institution at Fort Dix today at 12 p.m. to begin serving his sentence. His brother, his sister and several other members of the Giudice family, as well as myself, were present when he turned himself in to the prison, including Teresa. It was obviously a very emotional day, but this is a very strong family with a tremendous support system and they will get through this, just as they did when Teresa was away."

Teresa had released a statement thanking fans and family for the support given to them during the rough time. She said, "I want to thank all of you for the love & support you have shown my family during this difficult time. It means the world to all of us."
