TFK And Pillar Unite On "For Those About To Rock" Tour

Christian hard rock is offering a double whammy this spring with Tooth and Nail recording artist Thousand Foot Krutch teaming up with new heavy metal sensation Pillar for the Trivo Wireless presents, “For Those About To Rock Tour.” Kicking off in Knoxville, TN, the tour will hit major markets throughout the Eastern and Midwestern Regions including Jacksonville, FL, Minneaoplis, MN, and Houston, TX.

Opening acts for the show will include Gotee recording artist John Reuben and EMI CMG newcomer Dizmas.

For TFK, the tour comes in support their upcoming release The Art of Breaking, which hits stores nationwide on July 19th. Following up on 2003’s award nominated Phenomenon, The Art of Breaking has TFK partnering with legendary rock producer Arnold Lanni (Our Lady Peace, Kings X), who also lends his writing skills on the album.

“We are so excited to turn over a new page, and evolve stylistically into a record that will better represent who we are as a band,” said TFK front man, Trevor McNevan. “We try to keep giving our fans something fresh.”

Joining Trivo Wireless in sponsorship of the “For Those About to Rock Tour” are Songtouch.com, CCMTEES.com, Ticketforce.com, and Thorn Clothing.

“These sponsorships have allowed the us to put together the best live presentation possible for this tour, an audio visual experience. We truly encourage people to come see the concert, and to check out each of the sponsors," says Joel Bruyere, bassist for Thousand Foot Krutch.
