"That 70's Show" star Robin Kelly has been arrested under the suspicion that she assaulted her husband on Tuesday.

The actress was taken into custody after she allegedly assaulted a 61-year-old man in her North Carolina home, TMZ reported.

Although details remain unclear, the victim is believed to have been Kelly's husband. The man in question was also arrested.

Police reports say substances were not involved in the dispute, according to TMZ. However, the 42-year-old actress did plead guilty to a DUI in 2010. Also, no injuries were reported.

Kelly is best known for her portrayal of Laurie Foreman on the comedy series "That 70's Show" alongside Mila Kunis, Ashton Kutcher, and Topher Grace. She only appeared on the first three seasons of the show though, and was later replaced by a different actress.

Following the end of her career with "That 70's Show," the actress has faced several personal problems. In 2010, Kelly's arrest for drunk driving resulted in 12 months of probation.

Then, last April, the actress was arrested on a felony spousal abuse charge. The subsequent mug shot of Kelly later went viral, shocking fans with her gaunt, unusual appearance.

The arrest along with the mug shot led many people to believe that the actress was on drugs. Kelly later admitted a past addiction to drugs, but maintained that she had gotten clean.

"I had lost a baby, as a result of that, I lost everything," the actress was quoted by the Daily Mail. "And I was abusing alcohol, which I no longer do. With the 70's Show, I was guilty- of the drinking problem- and I ran. And I am not running from this. And I have paid my dues."

Moreover, Kelly claimed that her arrest in April was the result of false accusations. According to her Facebook account, the actress paid the $50,000 bail at the time, but it "wiped out" her bank account.

"If you're a friend. Respond thru email," Kelly posted while asking for assistance on the social media site.
