Behind the Rumors

Rumors about Caridi, Quinn and Nilsson returning to "The Bachelor" mansion circulated around after longtime host Chris Harrison teased People that some franchise favorites will appear in Viall's season. Caridi came from "The Bachelor" season of Ben Higgins where she earned the label as the "villain" contestant. Quinn was the second runner-up of Higgins' season and one of the stars of the recent "Bachelor in Paradise." On the other hand, Nilsson was among the fan favorites of Chris Soules' season.

Who's in?

Fans of the franchise favorites should not get excited yet. Caridi emphasized in an interview with Courtney Robertson that she will never do the show again after undergoing depression as an aftermath. The budding journalist said that she does not regret her experience but she would never get involve in a reality television again.

Moreover, Quinn recently hinted Us Weekly that she is taking a break from reality dating game shows after a failed romance with Jared Haibon in the latest season of "Bachelor in Paradise." She said she decided to spend more time to enjoy her single life before going back to dating.

On the other hand, Nilsson has not yet addressed the rumors but based on her social media accounts, she is currently in a happy relationship. This means there is no chance that she will appear in Viall's season as a contestant.

Viall Not Pressured to Propose

As the rumors of Season 21 contestants circulate, Viall, 35, hinted that the upcoming season may end with no engagement. The former Chicago salesman shared to People that he recently talked to "Bachelor" veteran Ben Higgins who advised him not to get engaged in the season finale if he is not sure.

Viall said that he took Higgins' genuine advice very seriously. The Wisconsin native explained that as much as he wants to meet someone to spend for the rest of his life, he will not propose just for the sake of the show.

Viall's season of "The Bachelor" will premiere early next year. The stint will be his fourth appearance in the franchise.
