'The Big Bang Theory' Season 9 Episode 7 Spoilers: Leonard Nimoy Will Be Remembered in 'The Spock Resonance'

Leonard Nimoy may be gone, but he will be remembered forever by Star Trek fans, just like the boys of "The Big Bang Theory." In the upcoming episode of the hit CBS comedy show, which is titled "The Spock Resonance," Adam Nimoy, the son of the late actor, will guest star as himself.

According to Carter Matt, the younger Nimoy is currently making a documentary to honor his father. The documentary will be titled "For the Love of Spock," and will tell about Leonard Nimoy's life from the words of his fans and colleagues. It appears that Sheldon (Jim Parsons) may share his insights on his beloved "Star Trek" character, since according to the synopsis of the upcoming episode, he will be interviewed about Spock.

The Hollywood Hills also added that Sheldon will reveal to his other friends that he was planning to propose to Amy (Mayim Bialik) during the interview for the documentary. Penny (Kaley Cuoco) and Leonard (Johnny Galecki) were shocked to learn about the engagement ring he bought for Amy.
