'The Big Bang Theory' Season 9 Spoilers: Matt LeBlanc Has Some Words of Advice For Kunal Nayyar

Sitcom fans know how influential "Friends" has become, and one of the stars of the now defunct show, Matt LeBlanc, gave a sound advice to "The Big Bang Theory's" Kunal Nayyar for his journey in the comedy world.

Glamour caught up with the actor last weekend during the last SAG Awards, and Nayyar revealed that he's always been a big "Friends" fan. "It was my favorite," Nayyar shared. He also said that he had met the cast over the years, and the fan boy in him said that they are the best.

One particular "Friends" cast member, LeBlanc, even gave the "Big Bang" actor an advice, which definitely applies to all actors like him. "He told me that the journey is crazy, the journey is long, and everybody's going to want something from you, [but] just keep your sanity and stay grounded," Nayyar said.

Nayyar also revealed in the interview about his character, Raj, and Emily's relationship status. Fans saw some tension between the two in the last episode of the show, and fans have been wondering if the two are really meant to be together. According to the website, there's more trouble in the future for the couple. "The trouble doesn't go away right away," the actor said. "There may be some other people in the mix that [Raj] has his eye on. But they're definitely going to try and work through it," Nayyar concluded. It definitely seems more complicated now for the two, since the teaser of the upcoming episode said that he'll meet someone new.

The synopsis of the upcoming episode, which is titled "The Meemaw Materialization," reads, "Sheldon's thrilled when his Meemaw comes to visit, but his excitement quickly fades when she butts heads with Amy. Also, Raj meets a new girl at the comic book store who makes him question his relationship with Emily."

Watch "The Big Bang Theory" season 9 episode 14 this Thursday, Feb. 4, on CBS.
