'The Biggest Loser' Season 16 Premiere Date, Rumors: Airs September 11, Special Camp Set Up for Eliminated
NBC's hit reality television show "The Biggest Loser" is now officially slated to air its Season 16's premiere on Sept. 11 at 8/7c.
The forthcoming season, which was subtitled "Glory Days," will feature former athletes from varying fields of sports such as football players, swimmers, PE teachers, and many more. As suggested in the title, each of them will aim to bring back their prime figures from years ago.
They will work with new trainers Jessie Pavelka and Jennifer Wilderstrom, as well as long-time trainers Bob Harper and Dolvett Quince.

Bob Harper won't be appearing at the ranch in the first few parts of Season 16 as he is said to prepare a camp in an "undisclosed location" which will be called "Comeback Canyon," a place where eliminated contestants will once again undergo training for them to get another chance to be back in the main game.
In an interview with Zap2it, Harper thinks that "Comeback Canyon" could come as a good thing for the contestants.
"I think [Comeback Canyon] is going to come across as such a great and positive thing, and they're gonna have that moment of, 'Wow, I needed this second chance and now I'm really getting it.' ... It's going to be really cool, I think," the 49-year-old trainer and author said.
He further indicated that the concept would come as a great surprise in the competition and would sure give the viewers of the show a "wild ride."
"They'll come back in and say, 'Hey! You thought I was gone but I'm not,'" Harper said.
