'The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim Special Edition' Free Upgrade Conditions
According to Express, those who qualify for the free upgrade of "The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim Special Edition" will need to have the original game and all the released DLC after the game. The outlet cited an exchange between Bethesda's studio marketing VP, Peter Hines, and a fan on Twitter. It said that the free upgrade will not be available if fans only bought the original "The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim Special Edition", the DLCs must be part of their game collection if they plan to play it on Steam.

For those who would get the "The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim Special Edition", they will automatically get the original game - more specifically, the 2011 Game of the Year version, according to its official website. They will also get the DLCs Dragonborn, Hearthfire and Dawnguard.

'The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim Special Edition' PS4 Mods
Modding is a great way to upgrade the looks of the elements of "The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim Special Edition" and most fans are only able to do it on PC. PS4 players have petitioned Bethesda to allow modding of the game through the console, but it seems that mod supports have been rejected by Sony.

According to The Bitbag, Bethesda took months of their time to negotiate for "The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim Special Edition" modding in PS4, but Sony would not relent which automatically goes the same for "Fallout 4." However, the outlet believes that "The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim Special Edition" mods may still be possible.

Hines said in a exchange with a fan on Twitter that Bethesda wants mods for PS4 and it looks like they haven't given up on their negotiations with Sony yet. It isn't known how Bethesda will pursue the modding on the console.
