'The Flash' Season 4 Premiere Spoilers: Did Caitlin Leave STAR Labs? Barry Returns From the Speed Force

Caitlin (Danielle Panabaker), also known as Killer Frost, might be done with the Science and Technology Advanced Research(STAR) Labs for good. Meanwhile, Barry (Grant Gustin) finally returns from the Speed Force.

When "The Flash" returns with season 4 this October, Caitlin may no longer be a core member of the STAR Labs team.

The CW released photos for the new season that show Caitlin working behind the bar, TV Line reports. It appears that Caitlin found a new profession, which is being a bartender.

In one of the photos, Caitlin is having a talk with Cisco (Carlos Valdes), who fans assume is trying to make her feel better after she almost helped Barry and the rest of the team get killed by Savitar (Andre Tricoteux) in the season 3 finale.

Showrunner Todd Helbing shared that by season 4, Caitlin has already "done some soul-searching and figured out exactly how to deal with her demons."

Based on the photos, it seems that Caitlin's way of dealing with her demons is to completely stay away from the people that she might hurt with her supernatural powers by living an ordinary life as a bartender.

Meanwhile, season 4 begins with Barry finally coming back from the Speed Force.

As seen from the season 4 promo, a bearded Barry wakes up to Cisco's flashlight, who's too excited about the new suit he made for The Flash that he instantly asks him if he wants to give it a run.

Later on, Iris (Candice Patton) and Joe (Jesse L. Martin) see Barry, to which the former greets him, "Your home."

According to Helbing, Barry has already sorted out all his baggage during his time in the Speed Force, and it will give him a chance to live a happier life in season 4.

"The Flash" season 4 is slated to premiere on Tuesday, Oct. 10, at 8 p.m.EDT on The CW.
