'The Leftovers' Season 2 Episode 9 Spoilers: Next Episode Focuses on Meg Abbott
The new episode of "The Leftovers" will focus more on the Guilty Remnant and its new crusader, Meg Abbott. Fans are curious about her character and what she will do to the Guilty Remnant.
According to International Business Times, the new episode will take a look back on the Guilty Remnant, and how Meg Abbot (Liv Tyler) chose her destiny to become a Remnant crusader. Based on the synopsis of the next episode, Meg's journey, from suffering a personal loss to becoming one of the Remnant's fiercest leaders, will be shown in detail next Sunday.
In the sneak peek that was released, Meg wanted to push the other cult members into action, and said, "We are not stepping up. They are forgetting." One of the cult members pointed out to her that there are rumors that she is planning something major on October 14, to which she replied, "That's ridiculous." Viewers are curious to see what Meg's "plan" is and how it relates to the title of the episode, which is "Ten Thirteen," or October 13.

The full summary of the next episode was posted on Spoilers Guide, and it reads, "A personal loss and subsequent pilgrimage to Miracle offer clues on why Meg embarked on her path as a Remnant crusader. After a fallout with Laurie, Tom seeks to reunite with Meg."
Meanwhile, Kevin Garvey (Justin Theroux) will have his hands full in keeping himself alive, for the second time around, according to Carter Matt. In the promo, Kevin was seen being hunted down by John Murphy (Kevin Carroll), and in the latter part of the video, John was seen pointing a gun at Kevin. The website said it will definitely be a challenge for Kevin to stay alive since he's being suspected by John to know something about Evie Murphy's (Jasmin Savoy Brown) disappearance.
