NBA All-Star forward Zach Randolph of the Memphis Grizzlies has become the toast of the Internet after he was caught on camera taking his shooting shirt off his back then handing it to a young special needs fan during a game against the Oklahoma City Thunder on Wednesday.

Despite his team being down by 21 points with just over five minutes left to play in a game the Grizzlies eventually lost, Randolph never hesitated when the fan pointed to his shirt indicating he wanted it.

He is shown, in a 28-second clip posted on YouTube, simply removing the shirt and handing it to the fan then returning to the bench to watch his team lose.

"Goes to show what heart these guys really have. Rough and tough on the court but really they have a heart of gold. Good on you Z-Bo!" wrote one commenter using the screen name jeromeignatius.
