'The Originals' Season 5 Spoilers: A Klaroline Reunion Is Happening
Fans of Klaus (Joseph Morgan) and Caroline (Candice King) would love to know that the two will reunite in "The Originals" season 5.
According to Natalie Abrams of Entertainment Weekly, the former lovebirds will "cross paths" in Europe next season with Rebekah (Claire Holt) paving the way for it to happen.
In "The Originals" season 5, Rebekah will ask for Caroline's help "with an intervention of sorts." This will involve flying off to Europe to talk to Klaus.

Show creator Julie Plec talked more about the much-anticipated Klaroline reunion at the San Diego Comic Con (SDCC) via TV Guide:
[Caroline's] just got so much life in her. She just brings the spirits up of people around her. There's just something great about watching Caroline call Klaus on his s—t.
There's no word yet on what crisis she will try to get rid of but the abovementioned site believes that, based on the history of the two in the mothership series "The Vampire Diaries," will have to do with the tendency of Klaus to shut morality out in certain situations or something about the safety of Hope (Danielle Rose Russell).
According to Abrams, Caroline is apparently set to appear in two out of the first 10 episodes of the new season. She explains:
So while she's important, she's also not taking over the entire family story.
Whether she will be featured in more episodes in the latter half of "The Originals" season 5 remains to be seen, but fans who have been wanting to see Klaus and Caroline come together again will be happy either way. What this reunion will do to their relationship is a mystery at this time.
"The Originals" season 5 is currently deep in production and will premiere in 2018. When the show comes back, Hope will be a teenager and will be going to school and dealing with romantic relationships.
