'The Real Housewives of Orange County' News, Cast, Spoilers: Heather Dubrow Makes Catty Remark About Her Co-Stars' Fake Breasts

The cast of "The Real Housewives of Orange County" (RHOC) have always tried to keep it real with one another, too real that sometimes it causes too much friction among them. Because of these fights, it has been particulary hard for these women to control and filter what they have to say about each other. The latest statement that has definitely caught the attention of the public was made by Heather Dubrow.

Dubrow recently had an interview with Page Six and gave a statement that may have made her co-stars raise their eyebrows. Dubrow revealed, "I'm the only woman left in Orange County who has natural breasts. I haven't had any plastic surgery." This is quite a controversial statement since her husband, after all, is one of the country's famed plastic surgeons, Terry Dubrow.

Dubrow's declaration go hand-in-hand with her co-stars' admittance of getting work done. Tamara Judge was unashamed to share of getting breast implants, while Vicki Gunvalson debuted her new face only 2 weeks fresh off the table. According to Radar Online, Gunvalson said that perhaps she shouldn't have gone on camera too soon and shared what people had thought of her new look, "Most people say it looks good. Some people say, "you shouldn't have done anything, you were beautiful before."

Although she may insist that she had made the au naturel choice, aside from the women of RHOC, she has also received a lot of skepticism from viewers. With Dubrow seemingly wrinkle-free at her age, many say that she might at least have done a botox. Her husband, Terry, on the other hand, may not be too fazed that his wife hasn't approached him. Terry has been too busy with his own show "Botched" as it goes on season 3 this year. The last time he had his wife under the knife was for a minor hand surgery. He told Radar, "The last thing you want to do is take your patients home with you."
