Christina Murray, cast member of TLC's "The Sisterhood" and the first lady of Oasis Church led by her husband Anthony Murray, is gearing up to launch her own clothing line.

Murray's fashion line, Boss Lady Pink Label, is slated for a summer 2013 premiere. She recently opened up about why she wanted to develop her own brand of clothing that could be worn to church or in a professional arena.

"I hated all the good old fashioned church outfits. That's why they never fit me, because I'm short. It doesn't look right on me," she explained in an S2S magazine report. "I was spending so much money on getting stuff tailored because I'm short and petite; I decided I'm going to make my own outfits."

Even if women do not see themselves wearing her outfits to church, Murray said that professionals would also be able to benefit from her clothing line.

"There's so many business women out there that still love fashion, the newest and hottest trends," the preacher's wife, mother and reality television star told S2S.

Basketball fans will get a sneak peek of the new line at the CIAA Tournament in Charlotte on March 2, while the rest of us will have to wait for the official launch early this summer. Aside from creating clothing, Murray said she envisions her Boss Lady Network helping other women network to reach their business goals.

"There are so many dreams which have been put on hold especially for women just because they've had to take care of their family," she said in the S2S report.

After appearing on TLC's "The Sisterhood", Murray opened up to The Christian Post about the importance of following God's calling for her life.

"I believe in my faith wholeheartedly and I want to be able to live up to what God expects me to live up to," she told CP. "I want to be the person God is calling me to be."
