Meanwhile, fans are anxiously anticipating the return of "The Vampire Diaries" since the fate of Damon (Ian Somerhalder) hung in the balance at the end of season five. Damon and Bonnie (Kat Graham) both stepped in to the Other Side during the season closer, but Graham recently revealed that she will be back for season six.

"She is [back next season]," the actress said of her character, according to TVLine. "But I don't know in what form or for how long," Graham teasingly added before noting she was "just as shocked as the next person" at how season five ended.

"I've been on the show for five years, and I cried when I watched the finale," said the actress.

Alternately, Somerhalder recently caused a stir online when he hinted that Damon was dead in an Instagram post.

"Rest in Peace Damon Salvatore. #GameOver," Somherhalder wrote in a caption.

The photo featuring a tombstone with Damon written on it caused a stir online, but it is believed that the actor was simply teasing his fans.

"The Vampire Diaries" returns to The CW on Oct. 2 at 8 p.m EST.
