Victor's Release Causes a Shake-up in Newman Enterprises
"The Young and the Restless" (Y&R) spoilers for the week of July 25 – 29 reveal that Victor is released from jail as Chloe shakes up Chelsea and Kevin's lives. Meanwhile, Nick and Victoria fight for their rightful places at Newman Enterprises.
Things will be shaken up for the Newmans with Victor's release even if that is what they have fought for. Nick and Victoria will once again lose their voice as Victor returns to the helm of Newman Enterprises.
New start

Nikki however, is happy to have him back home as she believes that this could be a new start for them. She sincerely believes that Victor is a changed man. What she doesn't know is that Victor is lying about framing Adam.
Meanwhile, Chloe is hell bent on seeing Adam rot in prison. After meeting with Victor, she surprises Chelsea and Billy with her unexpected arrival back in Genoa City. Later, she also unexpectedly runs into Nick.
An obviously surprised Kevin asks her why she never got in touch with him while she was away. Chloe tells him that they were not meant to be together.
Caught in the act
Jill catches Billy in bed with Phyllis and she does not buy Phyllis' explanations when the latter tried to talk to her. It would appear however that that would not be the end of the Billy and Phyllis affair since Y&R spoilers suggest that Phyllis is putty to Billy's charms.
She is not out to hurt Jack but she just can't resist Billy. To make matters more difficult, the two of them just gave up fighting their feelings towards each other. If anything, the bond between them is growing stronger.
Moving out of Newman Enterprises
As Victoria is being slowly eased out of Newman Enterprises, she bets an attractive offer. It might be from Jill, who wants her at Brash and Sassy. This could be the sign that will get Victoria to move on from Newman Enterprises as she seems to be the only one who can handle Brash and Sassy.
Jill's offer to Victoria however, looks like her way into breaking off Billy's romance with Phyllis. Perhaps, she is hoping that once Victoria gets on board Brash and Sassy, things will be rekindled with her and Billy.
At this point, no one knows what will happen to Billy's rather busy love life. He can move on with his relationship with Phyllis or might get reunited with Victoria. Now that Chloe is back, getting back with her is also a real possibility.
