This Children's Hospital Has A Weekly Tradition That Brings Smiles to Their Patients' Faces

They weren't lying when they said that laughter is the best medicine for anything. Just about all of these doctors will agree that a positive environment makes all the difference in the world, especially when it comes to how well a patient heals.

We all know how stressful a hospital can be as an adult, and even worse for children. That is, because as a young child you don't really understand what is happening to you. Finding ways to make children feel more at ease is so important, and at Joe DiMaggio Children's Hospital in South Florida, they are doing just that.

Although most incoming parents are perplexed by the staff's colorful outfits, they're quick to get on board once they see the kind of smile it brings to their kids. It just goes to show that, sometimes the simplest things can bring the most joy.
