'Thor: Ragnarok' Spoilers: Hulk's Role And Planet Hulk Revealed?

Following previous reports about Cate Blanchett's rumored involvement with and role in the forthcoming Marvel film "Thor: Ragnarok," as well as speculation about Odin's (Anthony Hopkins) fate after supposedly being exiled from Asgard, a new report has surfaced explaining the Hulk's (Mark Ruffalo) role in the film, along with Thor's (Chris Hemsworth) rumored visit to Planet Hulk.

The new possible spoiler comes courtesy of Geek.com and echoes what has been talked about for some time now: that Thor will somehow find himself on Planet Hulk/Sakaar, where he and his fellow Avenger reunite before going on the "cosmic road trip" that prompted Ruffalo to recently call "Thor: Ragnarok" a "universal road movie."

While the upcoming "Thor" film is still in the writing phase, Geek.com says that it is in contact with sources about "Thor: Ragnarok" and that these sources report that Marvel is planning on re-formulating the Hulk, trying to make him more funny and less of a bore than he was in the two "Hulk" stand-alone films. Marvel is also supposedly planning on a solo "Hulk" movie based on the "Planet Hulk" comic book storyline by Greg Pak. This is reportedly why the Hulk was separated from the rest of the Avengers at the end of "Avengers: Age of Ultron" (2015).

According to the website, Thor will be on the verge of putting a stop to Loki (Tom Hiddleston) and Hela's (rumored to be Blanchett) evil plans before he is banished, finding himself on Planet Hulk. There, he has to fight a bunch of alien opponents, gladiator-style. The last champion he faces turns out to be his old friend and fellow Avenger, the Hulk. The Green Goliath, whose two personas have begun to merge since he left the other Avengers in "Age of Ultron," recognizes Thor and from there, the two take off on a search for the object that Thor needs to defeat Loki and Hela.

"Thor: Ragnarok" lands in cinemas on November 3, 2017.
