Tim Tebow Says He Would Be Unstoppable in Super Bowl 2012

Tim Tebow recently said that if he had made it to Super Bowl 46 people would have a problem stopping him. Still, the Denver Broncos quarterback may get an award before the season officially comes to a close.

"I think it would have been hard for anybody to take me out of that game," he said in a Denver Post report.

Although Tebow's last appearance on the field resulted in a loss to the New England Patriots that ended his chances of winning a championship, the Christian quarterback has a chance to win the GMC Never Say Never Award on Saturday.

During the season, fans voted for the "GMC Never Say Never Moment of the Week Award," which exemplifies the best moments during games that represent determination and perseverance. NFL fans voted for Tebow and the Broncos to win during week 12 when they defeated San Diego; week 11 when they won after a fourth-quarter drive against the New York Jets; week 10 when they were victorious against Kansas City; and week seven when they beat Miami in overtime.

Now GMC is looking to award the best moments of the year, and Tim Tebow is a finalist that may be honored on the night before the Super Bowl. NFL Network explained why Tebow was nominated for the award along with the Green Bay Packers' Clay Matthews, Dallas Cowboys' Tony Romo, Oakland Raiders' Jason Campbell and Baltimore Ravens' Joe Flacco.

"Late-game rallies and epic finishes are becoming the norm for quarterback Tim Tebow and the Denver Broncos," a statement on NFL.com reads. "Once again in Week 14, the Broncos faced a fourth-quarter deficit, only to pull it all together late to earn a victory. Tebow was aided by kicker Matt Prater, who kicked a 59-yard field goal to force overtime and then connected on a 51-yard attempt to deliver Denver its sixth straight win and seventh in eight games since Tebow took over as the team's starting quarterback."
