'Titanfall 2' Patch Notes News: Full Patch Notes Detail Live Fire Update

After announcing the new Live Fire update, Respawn has finally released the full patch notes, detailing the changes in weapon balancing, abilities, Titans and other aspects of the game.

Aside from the new Live Fire mode, the patches also include a Coliseum map and a new Pilot execution map. With these new updates, faction leaders can now perform new animations at the beginning of the dropship sequence, which they can also randomly perform in each game.

The update comes with a new audio for DLC commander intros, as well as holographic decoys which now differ a bit when it comes to the way they work. With the new update, holographic decoys can now be set up on zip lines. What makes them more viable now is their visibility. Unlike before, the decoys can now be easily detected with sonar grenade pings and the threat scope.

For unassailable Titans, the update allows them to gain a flashing gold health bar, making players well aware of their physical state.

The update also increases the dash generation rate of both Ronin and Northstar. Now, Northstar can see the elimination of damage drop on Flight Core rockets. This means that players can now determine where the projectile will land by simply aiming the sights with Scorch's weapon.

The game now offers new control options, which allows players to toggle. This is done by simply holding the Use button. As far as the weapons are concerned, the update also fixed the homing speed of the Archer. Compared to the previous game, the projectile speed of the MGL is now lower, while the fuse time is now greater.

As of this writing, only the full patch notes are available. Respawn has yet to announce when the update will be released.
