Trailer of 'iZombie' Season 2 has Liv joking about eating Ravi's brains

After a successful Season 1, it's time to take a look at the trailer of "iZombie" Season 2 that promises more twisted things, like Liv wanting to eat Ravi's brains.

In Season 1, Olivia "Liv" Moore, played by the pretty Rose McIver, is a medical assistant who turns into a zombie. In order to salvage her humanity, she now has to eat human brains. She discovers that when she eats the brains, she experiences the memories of the dead person and takes on their personality traits and this helps her solve crimes. Based in Seattle, Liv is now the coroner's assistant and helps the Seattle Police Department catch murderers.

During the course of the first season, she and Major have a romantic relationship but now they are apart as Liv turned Major into a zombie to save his life. They will start by hating each other at the beginning of Season 2, but maybe they will fall into a different relationship

Showrunner Rob Thomas told TV Line in a previous interview about this special romance, saying, "It's sort of a great existential question of, could you have a romantic partner with whom the sexual limits were very, very strict? How would that go? We may explore that."

"iZombie" Season 2 will definitely have Liv eating more brains and taking on different personalities. Her relationship with her boss, Ravi, will be an interesting one as Ravi wants to find a cure for the zombie epidemic. It will also be an exasperating one for Liv as she jokes that she would like to eat Ravi's brains.

The creators are also thinking of moving beyond Seattle and exploring a bigger world of corporate espionage and all kinds of conspiracy theories. The zombies too would take a backseat. Thomas elaborated this to ComicBook.com and said, "We kind of say what the big storyline of Season Two will be in the finale of Season One." He then goes on to say that in Season 1, Vaughn Du Clark, the head of Max Rager, says that he is going to eliminate all zombies, so this makes for a reluctant teaming up of Liv and Blaine in Season Two.

All this is going to be fun to watch but will cause a major headache for Liv as "iZombie" Season 2 premieres on The CW on October 6th, 2015.
