'Under the Dome' Season 3 News, Spoilers: Series Finale Promises Answers About the Origin and Power of the Dome
This week's news indicates the cancellation of CBS of its hit science-fiction drama TV series based on Stephen King's best-selling novel of the same name, "Under the Dome."
The show, which premiered on June 24, 2013, will conclude in a finale next Thursday, September 10.
In statement released by the CBS Entertainment executive, Nina Tassler, it was found out that the series ender will feature the mystical and impenetrable bubble, which suddenly fell on the small town of Chester's Mill, will finally be lifted and its hidden mysteries unveiled.

However, spoiler reports indicated that these final revealing moments won't come to pass without someone going down, six feet under.
The synopsis posted right over at The Futon Critic for the segment titled "The Enemy Within" talked about a bloody event when two groups of residents engage in one final conflict where the Resistance makes its final attempts to protect the outside world from the infected people in the Kinship and their new queen.
But before the final showdown, this week's airing of the penultimate episode also promised a nail-biting and intense moments as the Dome's breakdown accelerates.
With the synopsis still provided at TFC, the episode titled "Incandescene" said that Chester's Millers has to double up their efforts as they now only have 24 hours left before the barrier's calcification process completes. The townspeople know that if they fail, they will eventually die due to suffocation.
Meanwhile, Barbie (Mike Vogel) and Julia (Rachelle Lefvre) will be racing against the clock to save his child from the clutches of The Kinship while Big Jim (Dean Norris) tries to hold off the increasingly volatile Hektor (Eriq La Salle) who insists that infected Chester's Millers shouldn't escape the Dome.
