Universal Flu Vaccine Coming Soon

A universal flu vaccine that protects against all strains may soon be in the works within the next five years, replacing regular annual shots, according to the National Institutes of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID), part of the National Institutes of Health. The research was led by NIAID scientist Gary J. Nabel, M.D., Ph.D. who experimented on mice, monkeys and ferrets. (A link to this page will be included in your message. )
