Upcoming ZTE Phones 2015: New Flagship Nubia Z9S to Launch June 30
ZTE is reportedly preparing an updated version of its current flagship, the Nubia Z9. In fact, according to a recent report, the rumored handset will make its debut by the end of the month.
In a report by GSM Arena, the handset, dubbed as the ZTE Nubia Z9S, will be officially announced on June 30 in China.
Based on previous rumors and reports, the updated flagship will feature a bezel-less display, although there are no confirmations on the size of the screen.
There are also no details yet whether the smartphone will get a different set of specifications compared to the original. However, in the report, the rumored ZTE Nubia Z9S will allegedly get improved connectivity.
In the report, an alleged image of the device shows that the smartphone can support Internet speeds of up to 250Mbps. Currently, the ZTE Nubia Z9 supports maximum download speed of 150Mbps due to its Cat 4 LTE feature.
But for the Nubia Z9S, the fact that the alleged image shows a download speed of 250Mbps could hint that the device will feature an improved Cat 9 LTE feature.
Of course, there are still nothing to confirm nor deny these rumors. However, we'll definitely see for ourselves next week whether the Chinese manufacturer has indeed developed an updated flagship.
