Uruguay vs Costa Rica Live Stream Free: Watch Online World Cup 2014 Group D Football

Uruguay will play Costa Rica in a big World Cup 2014 Group D game on Saturday. This group is one of the most difficult in this year's tournament. Out of the eight teams that have ever won the World Cup, Group D contains three of them. Costa Rica are the only that have not, but they also have a strong side that can cause problems for any team on their day.

Today's game will kick off at 3 p.m. ET and can be watched on TV on the ABC network or online through live stream (details below).

Costa Rica coach has clearly declared ahead of today's game that his team is not only here to make up the numbers. Jorge Luis Pinto has said: "We respect England, Italy, and Uruguay. But they should know that we can play football too."

Uruguay managed to get to the semifinals in 2010 and they will want to go one better this year.

They will be hoping that striker Luis Suarez can be back to full fitness, after having knee surgery three weeks back. He will be an important part of the team going forward, and if he is not fully fit then he will be a big miss for his team.

Suarez scored 11 goals in qualification for Uruguay and led Liverpool to the brink of the English Premier League this season. They need him to be fit and at his best to give them the best chance of progressing from the group stages.

Costa Rica coach, Pinto has said, "We will play without fear. We face three world champions and we can take them all on. What we feel is joy and motivation."

However if his team is to cause an upset here today then they may have to do it without central defenders Michael Umana and Junior Diaz, who are recovering from flu.
