US Sleep Habits a Nightmare

A recent poll has found that the majority of Americans don't believe that sleep is an important factor in maintaining good health; even though they admit that a lack of sleep affects their work and sex lives.

The survey, conducted by sleepapneainfo.com, polled 2,442 Americans. The results showed that 62% believed that diet and exercise were more important than sleep for health and wellness, while 7% said none of the three was important.

Many experience daytime sleepiness
According to the survey, 58% of employed Americans experienced some daytime sleepiness, while 39% said that they don't have sex because they're too tired.
