Vanessa Bryant Torn on Kobe Divorce, May Move to New York

Vanessa Bryant is reportedly torn on whether she should pursue her existing divorce from Kobe Bryant or give in to his pleas to work on their troubled marriage.

As the Christian Post previously reported the estranged couple sparked talks of a reconciliation after they were spotted locking lips during the Lakers' Valentine's Day victory over the Atlanta Hawks, but it now appears that Vanessa is considering relocating to New York alone, according to TMZ.

Vanessa, 29, was apartment hunting in N.Y. with the pair's two daughters and it is still unclear whether she is planning a permanent move from the West Coast.

While Bryant is trying to persuade Vanessa to stay in Calif., insisting that he will never cheat again, the mother of two is reportedly considering a move to the East coast because she believes that Lakers fans and Lakers wives do not like her, particularly since she filed for divorce in Dec.

Bryant, 33, was allegedly blindsided when he was served with divorce papers after 10 years of marriage to Vanessa, which she cited with "irreconcilable differences" as her reason for filing.

Although the mother of two has already been awarded half of Bryant's estimated $150 million estate in their finalized divorce settlement, under California law the divorce is not final until mid-June, which gives Vanessa roughly four months to withdraw divorce papers if she agrees to give Bryant another chance.

Rumors of a previous affair between Bryant and Kim Kardashian acquaintance, Carla DiBello, continue to swirl and it has been alleged that Bryant's on-going infidelities are the reason that a fed-up Vanessa finally filed for divorce.

On the flip side it is believed that Vanessa is open to reconciling with Bryant for their two daughters Natalia Diamante Bryant, 9, and Gianna Maria-Onore Bryant, 5.

Bryant has reportedly been "aggressively" pursuing his estranged wife over the last three weeks by showering her with lavish gifts which includes expensive jewelry, and she has reportedly been receptive.

Bryant is said to be aware of Vanessa's interest in relocating to New York City, but is doing everything that he can to talk her out of it.
