Walmart Releases Black Friday Sale Maps

Walmart released detailed maps on its official website that reveal the location of each special item that will be on sale when Black Friday hits in three days time.

Since each location has its own arrangement and customers will be rushing into the stores when doors open on midnight after Thanksgiving, the maps will help customers choose which aisle they want take well ahead of time, according to PC Magazine.

Although stores will be packed with products in stock, there will be competition for each deal, as millions of people will hit the stores.

The move may also be in response to security concerns that have boiled over in the last few years, with stampedes and riots erupting at some stores across the nation.

Consumers who are eager and have been waiting to get their hands on a deal sometimes lose their temper when things get confusing or frustrating. Allowing customers to map their routes beforehand may alleviate a part of the problem.

Walmart will offer everything from HDTVs to laptops, consoles and games for the Black Friday event, and is even running a special three-day sale on some items this week leading up to the day. Since each category of products will be located in different places around the store, shoppers who have identified what they specifically want will now be able to head straight for the location and hopefully avoid asking angry questions of employees.

Other big retailers, like Best Buy and Target, who will be expecting a large stream of shoppers, will also most likely have a plan for the event that will allow customers the most convenient way to get to the products they want without endangering themselves or others.
