Gamers can see that Reptile is more powerful than ever and he used his tongue and venomous spit to hurt Kung Lao. Kung Lao executed impressive martial arts moves but it was not enough to defeat Reptile.

Before the clip ended, Reptile cracked Kung Lao's skull particularly his jaw. To further destroy his opponent, Reptile smashed Kung Lao's head on the floor. He finished the fight by spitting a load of acid on Kung Lao's face that burned him and crashed his skull once again.

Although Reptile has changed a lot, there are still some signature moves that he possesses. The character can become "transparent" and his opponent can only see lighted shadows during the fight. The release of the clip on Jan. 28 made fans excited and Reptile became a trending topic on Twitter.

Aside from Reptile, another character named Ermac joins the crew. Ermac is a ninja who is mainly a defensive character and utilizes his telekinesis ability during battles. The ninja can "hover, teleport and disappear."Ermac can also fly for a limited amount of time.

Fans can enjoy the new characters as "Mortal Kombat X" launches on April 14 for various platforms such as PC, Xbox One, Xbox 330, PlayStation 3 and PlayStation 4.
