They already achieved their domestic success of winning the league and will now simply look to end the season on a high note – a win over one of their biggest rivals will surely make it sweeter.

Jose Mourinho's men have not lost in their last 15 league games, with their most recent win was at home against Crystal Palace.

Despite missing striker Diego Costa, Chelsea have found the perfect game plan to score goals and get maximum points in each contest.

On the other hand, Liverpool's season is far from over. The Merseyside club continue their battle for UEFA Champions League places even in the late stages of the season.

They are fifth in the league and four points behind Manchester United for the last European spot and must win all their games and hope that United slip more than once in order to overtake them in the table.

Things have been difficult for Liverpool as they have not had a steady supply of goals with the absence of striker Daniel Sturridge due to injury. Mario Balotelli has failed to live up to his expectation and no one has picked up the scoring load for the Reds.

They have only won two in their last six league games but recently beat Queens Park Rangers to keep their names in the race for the top four.

It seems highly unlikely but with three matches remaining in the season, still a lot may happen in the league.
