Weight-Loss in 2016: Popular Supplement Pills and Purple Chrysanthemum Helps Shed Pounds, New Report Says

Know the Effectiveness of Orlistat, Hydroxycut, Garcinia Cambogia And the Newly Discovered Herbal Supplement In Boosting Weight Loss

Food supplements have become somewhat a craze especially when it comes to keeping fit and losing weight. Foods have been studied closely by scientists and reviewed by researchers, extracting the most beneficial nutrients found in them to make up a new supplement. However, supplements have also been highly associated with risk of health complications including allergic reaction and organ failure.

Garcinia cambogia, also widely known as the Malabar tamarind (a tropical fruit), reportedly curbs the appetite and orders your body to stop producing fat. Also, it is believed to regulate your blood sugar and cholesterol levels. Studies have backed this theory with results showing people who took this as a supplement had lost two pounds more than those who didn't. However, doctors have been skeptical about its safety. No particular dose has been declared safe, therfore, further studies have to be conducted to support its intake at a higher dose.

Meanwhile, green tea extract can help assist weight loss by boosting the body's metabolism, the chemical reaction contributing to the process of burning fat to release energy. Green tea has been highly recommended to flush out the toxins of the body. As for the side effects, researchers are warning green tea extract has the potential risk of liver failure. Our body çan only take a certain amount of green tea, and the amount of green tea extract could not be controlled in supplements.
