White Collar TV Movie Rumors, News: Con Artist and FBI Agent Talks About the Show's Future

The hit drama series "White Collar" concluded its sixth season on Dec. 18 but latest scoop about the show indicated that fans may once again see their favorite characters Neal Caffrey (Matt Bomer) and Peter Burke (Tim DeKay) in a "movie form."

The publication cited Bomer's latest interview with Seat42F.com to which he expressed his openness to once again suit up for his beloved character.

"Oh that's way above my pay grade," Bomer said. "I mean honestly if they came to us with the proposition then I would definitely want to do it just to get the chance to work with Tim [DeKay] and Willie [Garson] and Marsha [Thomason] and Sharif [Atkins] and Tiffany [Thieseen] again. But I have no idea."

"I'm not going to say that it would be impossible. I certainly would entertain that possibility but right now there aren't any plans to have a movie. Gosh that would be fun," DeKay chimed in.

When asked about how they feel about "Au Revoir," the two had a mixed reaction.

"I'm very satisfied with the ending of the series. One can never be satisfied with the ending of a project that they loved, but creatively since we had to end it," Tim said.

"I was really satisfied in some ways and in some ways I would have been interested to explore other avenues as well. I mean I think there was still directions to go. But I think the way they wrapped it up was really well done in the sense that they didn't try to tie everything up into a nice bow," Bomer meanwhile answered.

However, Bomer and DeKay's share of enthusiasm for a possible movie adaptation of the popular series may synch in for what the series creator Jeff Eastin has previously told TV Line.

"I think the idea that we come back for something like a TV movie would be appealing and after talking to everybody, especially Matt, I would say that everybody would probably be down for something like that if it came up," he said.
