Wireless Networks Now Quicker and Cost Effective

The installation of metro-scale wireless networks is now quicker and cost-effective through a joint offering from Nomadix, Inc. and BelAir Networks.

Nomadix, a provider of intelligent network devices and interconnect services, and BelAir, a wireless solutions provider of scalable Wide Area Wi-Fi, announced a joint marketing agreement that will deliver complete wireless networks for large hot zone and high-density municipal deployments.

The joint offering gives service providers the ability to deploy metro-region wireless networks quickly, and in a way that guarantees users the highest quality experience. In the years to come, wireless internet usage will be highly accessible in major cities.

The systems already exist in Northern California’s 40-acre Costanoa Coastal Lodge and Camp resort.

“Nomadix’ strategic partnership with BelAir to offer large scale wireless network deployments is well timed to meet the growing demand for city-wide municipal hot zones,” said Mike Gilley, Vice President of Worldwide Sales for Nomadix.

The Nomadix products work with the BelAir system to create networks that are optimized for data, voice and video services in high density hot zones and metro areas.
