Rapper Wiz Khalifa was cited for possession of marijuana again, which comes right after another possession of marijuana charge late last month.

On Wednesday, Wiz Khalifa was in North Carolina for a concert performance when authorities reportedly smelled marijuana smoke coming from the rapper's tour bus.

Winston-Salem Police officials stated that they cited and released Khalifa and several members of his entourage after they discovered marijuana on the tour bus before they were set to go on stage.

Police explained that upon entering and searching the bus they found 11.39 grams of marijuana to which Khalifa and "other members of his band and staff" claimed responsibility for the marijuana.

After being released, the rapper was able to finish the concert without further incident. A court date has been set for July 27. This is not the first time that Khalifa has been caught by police with marijuana and marks the second time in the last ten days that he has been cited for possessing the plant.

On April 21, Wiz Khalifa was arrested in Tennessee for possession of marijuana before he was scheduled to perform a concert for a local university.

Reports state that the front desk staff at the Holiday Inn hotel where the rapper was staying called police after receiving several complaints about marijuana smoke from numerous guests coming from room 725, where Khalifa was reportedly staying.

Police explained that after they knocked on the door they discovered Khalifa and friend Lonnie Howard toss the end of a marijuana cigarette out of the window.

Police then asked the pair if there was any additional marijuana and the two admitted to having marijuana in the room. They were both issued summonses for the misdemeanor possession charge, police said.

Both men have until May 14 to show up at the Davidson County courthouse.
