'World of Warcraft' News: Devs Detail Some of the New PvP Brawls Included in Patch 7.2

Learn more about the other additions coming to 'World of Warcraft' via Patch 7.2

Among the many additions coming to "World of Warcraft" via Patch 7.2 are some new Player vs Player Brawls, and developers have recently revealed more about what players can expect from these.

Specifically, three of the new PvP Brawls were detailed further in a recent post on the game's official website.

The first of these PvP Brawls is the Gravity Lapse – Resource Race. What makes this particular Brawl different from the rest is that along with their fellow competitors, players will also have to deal with the wonky gravity on the battlefield. Players will be launched into the air after every minute, and while this is happening, they still need to focus on gathering resources in order to win the Brawl.

Next, players will also soon be able to take part in the Tarren Mill vs. Southshore – Warfare PvP Brawl. In this Brawl, players from the opposing towns will go up against each other as they attempt to whittle down the resources of their opponents. The battles here are expected to be plentiful, so it's a PvP Brawl that could be perfectly suited for those looking to spend plenty of time on the battlefield.

The last of the PvP Brawls detailed in the post is the Warsong Scramble – Capture the Flag. Apparently, this Brawl offers a bit of a twist on the classic Capture the Flag mode, as instead of tasking "World of Warcraft" players to also keep watch of their flag, they can just focus solely on getting the ones that belong to the enemy. The team who manages to capture five flags will be declared the winner in this PvP Brawl.

In addition to the ones listed above, there are other PvP Brawls expected to be included in Patch 7.2. In an earlier post on the game's official website, developers named a few of the other PvP Brawls, including the 'Eye of the Horn,' the 'Packed House: 15 v 15 Arena' and the 'Winter Arathi Basin.'

More details about Patch 7.2 and the other features it will add to "World of Warcraft" should be made available soon.
