WWE Latest News: Cesaro speaks further about shoulder injury and immediate career plans
Former WWE United States champion Cesaro recently gave updates on his shoulder injury and his immediate career plans.
In a report by Bill Hanstock of Cageside Seats, the 34-year old professional wrestler (Claudio Castagnoli in real life) suffered a torn rotator cuff after his match against Roman Reigns on Monday.
"Cesaro seemed to be right on the verge of breaking through into the main event scene, especially with his strong showing in the WWE World Heavyweight Championship tournament," Hanstock wrote. "Instead, he will be joining his tag team partner Tyson Kidd on the disabled list."

After a few days of leaving WWE fans in the dark, the 34-year old professional wrestler opened up regarding the status of his current physical condition in a tell-all interview with WWE.com.
"I've had the injury for over two months, but I guess I never really knew how … "bad" it was, if that's the right word?" he said. "So, it's more a mental thing, because all of a sudden you can't do what you've been doing. Now you have to get surgery and you'll be out for a bit."
Cesaro also revealed that he went to an MRI appointment without really knowing the extent of the injury. He did thank the company for its quick action, and he will be having an immediate surgery on the said injury.
"Thanks to the quickness of WWE, I went to see the doctor this morning and will have surgery this afternoon," he says. "The faster the better for me, because the sooner I have surgery, the sooner I'll be back. Luckily, they got me in before Thanksgiving."
Cesaro may be out of action for four to six months because of the injury, but he remains optimistic, thanks to the show of support from his fans.
"I just want to come back as soon as possible," Cesaro said. "I felt I was building a lot of momentum, and that was all thanks to the fans. I really appreciate all the support I've gotten and I've felt that the Cesaro Section is finally rising and it's becoming undeniable."
