WWE News 2015: Seth Rollins Suffers Nasty Injury at Dublin House Show

The WWE started its ambitious 11-day and 20-house show tour of Europe, but it looks like they're off to a bad start with a serious injury scare on the first night of the ring hostilities.

The opening show held in Dublin, Ireland saw the popular World Heavyweight Champion Seth Rollins got injured after tweaking his leg during live action against Kane. The champion reportedly asked for medical assistance after the bout.

The Rollins-Kane matchup was the night's main event, and according to multiple sources, Rollins was doing a "power bomb" spot out of the corner when the incident happened. The professional wrestler then utilized a sunset flip from the top with turnbuckle first. The injury occurred when he was trying to start the power bomb move. The legs or knees gave in after landing.

The "No Holds Barred" event versus Kane could have wrapped up a successful night, except for the injury, which actually is a big blow for the professional wresting promotional company that is already missing big time names like John Cena and Nikki Bella.

John Cena is currently on a personal vacation, releasing a statement last week that he won't be back until December. Divas champion Nikki Bella, meanwhile, is reportedly suffering from a neck injury that requires rehabilitation, while Randy Orton is the latest victim of the injury bug, who will be out at least four months because of a shoulder injury.

Jonathan Coachman reporting for ESPN said that the American professional wrestler got an ACL and MCL injury, as well medial meniscus as a direct result of the fall. The WWE then followed with a statement confirming the injuries and that the heavyweight champion will be out for six to nine months.

This means that the WWE will again lose another major attraction in the coming months.
