WWE Rumors 2015: Roman Reign's 'Hell In A Cell' Promo Garners Negative Reactions From Fans; Plus Other Rumors

WWE's "Hell In A Cell" segment is now less than two weeks away and fans are already excited for this night, which is expected to be full of WWE Legends plus a few more surprises. But before the smackdown happens, a number of rumors surfaced in the past few days including the negative reactions thrown at Roman Reign's recent "Raw" promo, Shane McMahon's reported return to the WWE, and more others.

It was discovered that the crowd wasn't entirely amused with Reign's beef against Wyatt. The two fighters are scheduled for a faceoff in "Hell In A Cell." The Chicago fans, for example, were reported to be chanting "What?" as the performer spoke to them at the Allstate Arena. To add insult to the injury, the crowd were also heard murmuring "boring" in unison.

This is the same treatment he got from the Cincinnati enthusiasts during SmackDown. Quoting the report from Wrestling Inc, LP said that negative reactions were heard to Reign's promo, which some people believe to be longer than the usual. Furthermore, he wasn't able to deliver his piece efficiently.

Meanwhile, WhatCulture.com said that Shane McMahon may be returning to WWE next year. According to the media outlet, a Shane McMahon-themed DVD and Blu-Ray release is currently at work and is slated to come out in May. Though it is yet to be confirmed, insiders said that the 45-year-old and the company are "still discussing the terms of his involvement." It is further speculated that he'd be interviewed for a documentary and that his best matches and segments will be highlighted along the way.

Speaking of returnees, CageSideSeats.com also reported that Alberto Del Rio will be making his comeback to WWE. As for when, it is "likely sooner rather than later," the site said. Furthermore, there have been some recent items from the pro wrestling rumor mills saying that the Fabulous Freebirds might be inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame by 2016.

All websites noted that these details are all but unconfirmed reports and should be taken with a proverbial grain of salt.
