WWE Rumors: San Jose, California Event Suffering Poor Ticket Sales? Asuka Allegedly Heading to RAW on Oct. 22

Aside from watching the professional wrestling matches, the WWE fans love to speculate over their favorite shows and wrestlers. This week, there are new rumors circulating, and it is about the ticket sales performance, a newcomer in the RAW women's division, and much more.

According to Sportskeeda, the Monday Night RAW in San Jose, California is suffering poor ticket sales. The event, which takes place specifically at the SAP Center and is the last RAW installment before the highly anticipated "No Mercy," still has plenty of tickets available.

Also, Brock Lesnar and John Cena are reportedly going to be absent from this week's episode of RAW, which could greatly affect the ratings and ticket sales further.

Considering that the ratings for go-home shows recently have become lower compared to the past years, not having these two big names on the last event before "No Mercy" could result in an even bigger decrease in viewership.

As for the women's division, Asuka's fans, who are excited to see her make her way to Raw, as teased in a video released last week, will get to see the longest-reigning NXT women's champion in RAW next month. She is rumored to arrive on Oct. 22.

James McKenna of Pro Wrestling Sheet tweeted in late August that he learned Asuka will not be seen in action until the "TLC: Tables, Ladders & Chairs PP" event, which is taking place next month.

Other new rumors that have surfaced recently, according to Cage Side Seats, include Becky Lynch and Charlotte being the next feuds for Natalya in the SmackDown women's championship. Another speculation is about Davey Richards possibly canceling all of his bookings for the rest of the year.

The information stated in this report are just some of this week's rumors. Readers are encouraged to wait for official announcements from WWE for confirmation.
