Did Lesnar deliberately attacked Randy Orton?

Several fans are believing that the cut is intentional, knowing Lesnar's reputation as a monster in the ring. The theories are either Orton did not cooperate during the match, a wrongly timed attack and so on.

Even MMA authorities are into the bandwagon by stating that Lesnar's elbow was a deliberate strike while he mounts Orton. Similar combat maneuver is known to be a big no-no even in MMA rulebook.

Further escalating the tension is the scene where two medics rushing to the ring. They brushed aside Lesnar who was then continuing the beating. A few moments later saw Vince McMahon also running to stop Lesnar. These events led to ultimate question if Lesnar went off the script during Orton's face-off.

Did Orton mocking Lesnar for alleged drug use caused bad blood?

Some fans are also pointing into Orton's mockery after Lesnar got busted for drug use in UFC 200. Lesnar failed two drug tests after the conclusion of his heavyweight clash against Mark Hunt in UFC. Orton then capitalized on the event to hype up their SummerSlam square off during several cameo speeches at WWE.

These comments became an instant tagline for the SummerSlam match but at the expense of Lesnar's fury. This theory of Lesnar's revenge gained steady foothold when Jericho allegedly warned Orton to tone down. The verbal taunts continue and Jericho's warning was justified in the match night.

As of press time, there are no reports yet whether there are steps towards the incident.
