WWE WrestleMania 32 News: Jim Ross urges fans to stop clamor for appearance from Shawn Michaels and Steve Austin at WrestleMania 32

Former World Wrestling Entertainment commentator Jim Ross says fans should not be getting their hopes up that some the industry's legends and veterans would still be making appearances at WrestleMania 32.

In a report by Cageside Seats, "Good 'Ol JR" says "The Heartbreak Kid" Shawn Michaels and "Stone Cold" Steve Austin will not likely be appearing on the company's blockbuster event scheduled for April 2016.

"The two most viable stars that WWE could bring in for WM32 or so it seems might be Goldberg and Batista," Ross said through his blog "JR's BarBQ". "Austin and HBK are adamant that their wrestling days are history, Hogan is still on the outs with the company plus he doesn't need to wrestle a match with his back condition and Rock has movie commitments I'm told as does Ronda Rousey."

"For those that think that Austin and HBK would do 'one more match' for the right money, please, just stop it."

Now both 50 years old, Michaels and Austin have been retired for quite a while already. "HBK" has been out of the ring since 2010, while Austin made his exit in 2004. Both men do make their sporadic appearances in various shows.

WrestleMania 32 is being targeted to take place at the Dallas Cowboys Stadium, a massive arena that has a seating capacity of 80,000. It is a venue that has held various notable events, including two of Manny Pacquiao's fights in 2010, against Joshua Clottey and Antonio Margarito, respectively.

Ross adds that he is confident that the WWE will actually be able to fill out the entire arena, but is curious at how the company will be putting on the said show.

"Going to really be interesting to see how WWE begins to build momentum for WrestleMania Texas over the next several months as April will be here before we know it," Ross wrote. "I still feel confident that WWE will have over 100,000 people in AT&T Stadium on April 3 but am curious as to what the card is going to resemble."
