Yolanda Hadid Responds to Daughter Bella and Drake Dating Rumors

Drake and Bella Hadid have been the subject of dating rumors for a few months now, but the supermodel's mother Yolanda claims they are not an item.

Yolanda appeared on Watch What Happens Live With Andy Cohen last Tuesday and she remained a bit tight lipped about her daughter's relationship status.

"Does Bella care that The Weeknd is with Selena Gomez?" Cohen asked Yolanda, to which she replied, "Not anymore I think."

When asked if Drake and Hadid are dating, Yolanda laughed and said, "Are you kidding! What are we [doing] here?"

"He threw her a big 21st birthday party last night!" Cohen answered back.

"I mean, they're friends!" Yolanda stated while smiling.

Cohen was referring to the lavish party organized by Drake for Hadid's birthday earlier this week. The rapper reportedly spent big bucks for an extravagant party at the Socialista lounge in New York City.

A source confirmed that the 30-year-old planned the entire event and paid for all expenses. Hadid, who recently turned 21, was joined by roughly 30 guests that included her fellow supermodel and sister Gigi Hadid, Scooter Braun and Travis Scott.

Ahead of the Drake-thrown fête, Hadid celebrated her big day with her family. The brunette beauty had a candlelit dinner with her parents Yolanda and Mohamed Hadid, alongside her sister Gigi at Sadelle's in New York.

Canadian artist Drake previously had a relationship with Rihanna and was romantically linked to Jennifer Lopez for a while. He also dated sports analyst Rosalyn Gold-Onwude, whom he took as his date for the NBA Awards back in June.

Hadid, on the other hand, famously dated singer The Weeknd for two years until their split in November 2016. Two months after their breakup, Hadid's ex began dating his current girlfriend, Selena Gomez.
