Zoe Saldana Twins Coming Soon, Hollywood Actress Spills the Beans on Red Carpet

Zoe Saldana's twins are definitely on the way, according to reports. The soon-to-be mother spilled the beans at a recent event Wednesday after staying mum on her pregnancy for months.

Zoe Saldana's news about twins came on the red carpet at the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences Hollywood costume opening party. The "Guardians of the Galaxy" star was doing an impromptu interview when the reporter asked about her Halloween plans. Though the Hollywood actress didn't directly reference her burgeoning baby belly, she admitted that she is having twins.

"I might need three costume. I might have to make some adjustments, but it would be nice," she told E! News, referring to herself and husband Marco Perego.

The actress joked that she may go as a bride.

"It would be a shotgun wedding!" said Saldana.

Though the Latina star is just now admitting it, her pal Britney Spears let on about the twins in August. The singer was asked about collaborating with her "Crossroads" co-star, but said it wouldn't be possible because of Saldana's babies.

"Who knows? Thats a very good idea. But she's pregnant with twins right now," Spears told "Entertainment Tonight." "So I'm sure she's got a huge future ahead of her."

Spears may be right— Saldana has said previously that she wants "two or three children," even though at the time she wasn't happily married to Perego.

"Or four or five! I don't care. They're just so delicious," she said. "I love the anxiety, the pressure of the loud room full of yapping kids. But I'm a kid myself. I get along very well with animals and children. I dig them. I get them. They make perfect sense to me. A child speaks more sense than an adult half of the time."
