Christian apologist William Craig has offered a response to atheist intellectual Richard Dawkins who called him "a deplorable apologist for genocide" in his column last week.
In a speech at the Sheldonian Theater at Oxford University on Tuesday, Craig responded to Dawkins' allegations during the question and answer session.
“There was no racial war here, no command to kill them all,” he said, alluding to extermination of the Canaanites in the Old Testament, “the command was to drive them out.” more >>

Kate Middleton, who opened a children’s cancer center with Prince William last month, has written a letter of support to one of the young patients receiving treatment at Royal Marsden Hospital.
The Duchess of Cambridge sent a heartfelt note to Fabian Bate, who is battling leukemia. Middleton said she was touched by the 9-year-old's “strength of character.”

Church of England May Be Closer to Appointing Women Bishops
The Church of England may be one step closer to appointing female bishops after a recent vote taken among the church's 44 local dioceses has found that the majority are in favor of a motion to do so, according to the Telegraph.
As a result, the measure will be taken before the Church of England's national assembly, the General Synod, next year in July for a final decision to be made.
While 28 out of the 30 dioceses of England have so far supported the measure, those that have not, such as the diocese of London, are asking for alternative plans that guarantee that their parishes will be overseen by male bishops. more >>

Muslims Against Crusades, a radical Islamic organization, featured a controversial hate message on the front page of its website this week titled, “Is the Assassination of President Obama Legal?”
The group is a British-based extremist Islamic group that was founded by Muslim leader Abu Assadullah late last year. The hate message is quickly gaining international attention due to the nature of the question as it implies an actual threat.

Richard Dawkins has again refused to debate world-renowned apologist William Lane Craig on the rationality of faith and the existence of God.
Many believe that Craig’s upcoming “Reasonable Faith” tour in the U.K. is intimidating Dawkins, who refuses to engage on a one-on-one talk with the leading Christian apologist, famous for his revival of the Kalam cosmological argument which asserts that God caused the universe to first exist.
