Rihanna Says Forget Chris Brown Rumors, Claims She Lives 'for God'

Rihanna revealed that she still has hope of reuniting with Chris Brown in a recent interview in which questions surrounding her ex caused her to lose her temper.

Rihanna has said it before: she is not looking to be a role model to other women and only want to live her life for herself- and for God, apparently.

The "We Found Love" singer appears to be worn out with questions surrounding her relationship with Chris Brown. The topic is all but off limits, according to one report that stated that Rihanna became furious when questioned about Brown.

When asked whether or not she felt that her collaboration with Brown on her most recent album sent the wrong message, the pop star became visibly upset according to E! News, which had referenced the star's interview with Enquire.

"What was that? What message would that be?" Rihanna replied angrily in response to the question.

"You'd gone back to someone who put you in the hospital," the Esquire reporter replied.

Rihanna then took to denying that she was in any sort of relationship with Brown, instead suggesting that people had made assumptions, which was "stupid." However, despite denying a relationship, the singer also left a lot of room about "ifs," making it appear as though she was still largely considering a relationship with Brown.

"Did I? Did I? Did I?" Rhianna shot back to the charges. "OK. In a completely professional environment. And on a complete professional note. I mean, if I went back to him [as a girlfriend], then that's a whole different discussion. And if I ever do, then that's something that y'all have to talk to me about when- if- that ever happens. Until then, look at it for what it is. I think a lot of people jumped to an assumption that was incorrect and they ended up looking stupid."

The singer, who has built an infamous reputation for posting risqué photos on the Internet that include shots of the star with strippers or doing drugs, also insisted that she is not living her life for the tabloids, but rather for herself and God.

"I'm gonna look back on my life and say that I enjoyed it- and I lived it for me- and God," the star stated before telling the reporter that the Q&A had turned into a "tacky interview."
